With this project, GUCCI<\/strong> set out to create an authentic and deeply human form of communication, giving its corporate community<\/strong> a sincere, emotional and collective voice. The goal was to reveal the essence of an iconic brand not through the usual codes of fashion and luxury, but through the people who bring it to life every day<\/strong> and passionately shape its history, vision and values.<\/p>\n

The project took the form of a collective story<\/strong> built from a wide range of voice<\/strong>s: executives, craftspeople, designers and colleagues from different departments and countries, whose testimonies intertwine to create a coherent and fluid narrative. Through their words, personal experiences and shared moments, an intimate and authentic portrait emerges of a company that recognises itself in its humanity<\/strong>, in the value of teamwork and in the sense of belonging to a global brand that continues to innovate while remaining true to its identity.<\/p>\n

We created an internal communications film<\/strong> distinguished by its tone, pace and sensitivity: an elegant yet understated visual language, far removed from promotional clich\u00e9s and designed to move and inspire. Filmed in real working environments and iconic brand locations, the images balance heritage with contemporary<\/strong> culture<\/strong>, and the artisanal dimension of \u201cmaking\u201d with the strategic dimension of \u201cthinking\u201d.<\/p>\n

The aim was to strengthen corporate identity<\/strong> and reinforce a shared sense of purpose across the group\u2019s different entities, creating an internal communications bridge capable of encouraging dialogue, awareness and pride in belonging.
\nThe result is a corporate story with powerful emotional impact, authentically and sensitively conveying the voice of one of the world\u2019s most recognised and desirable brands<\/strong> from the inside, through the eyes of the people who safeguard its vision every day.<\/p>\n
