Ariete “The Real Italian Espresso” Commercial
With this commercial, Ariete set out to consolidate its position as a definitive reference point for Italian espresso, celebrating a ritual that is at once an everyday gesture, a cultural symbol and a sensory heritage shared around the world. The aim was to portray espresso not simply as a drink, but as an aesthetic and cultural experience capable of expressing, in just a few seconds, the precision, passion and artistry of Italian craftsmanship.
To achieve this, we chose a highly sophisticated technical and visual approach, filming entirely in the studio with a slow-motion set-up operating at 1,200 frames per second.
This technology allowed us to capture every moment of the coffee-making process with extraordinary clarity: dancing steam, crema slowly forming and tiny droplets running down the cup. Each frame becomes a celebration of detail, a visual composition that conveys the beauty of the gesture and the perfection of the result.
The cinematography was crafted with extreme precision, using warm contrasts and soft light to evoke the intimate atmosphere of an Italian coffee bar through a contemporary, cinematic language. Every element, from the machine’s polished metal to the coffee’s deep colour, was designed to communicate quality, authenticity and refinement.
The result is a tribute to the beauty of the ritual and the quality of the final espresso: a visual story that highlights the ability of Ariete’s professional machines to bring the authentic Italian coffee-bar experience into the homes of true espresso lovers.
A commercial that goes beyond presenting a product to celebrate an iconic ritual and reaffirm the deep connection between design, culture and everyday pleasure.
